【Motif】

　A depiction of the Japanese landscape where I currently live.

　The scenery I could see was dwarf, square and four-sided, with no distinctive features, and I felt a suffocating sense of urgency.

　What's inside this landscape?

　Created to further carve out the image drawn on the surface.

【Title】

    I used my body to dive deep in order to commit to the organ inside the big living thing called “landscape”.

　That's the origin of the title

【Collage】

　In this work, the screen is divided into four sections, and each section is pasted with paper with different blemishes to create a base, and papers of different materials are pasted together to create a multilayered image.

　Collage has the effect of creating a flashback of subconscious and manifested memories by combining the impact of the materials with images.

　I also view the work of tearing, cutting, and pasting materials by hand as a return to the basics of ``creating things'', which is primitive and instinctual, through the tactility of the work.
